CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check-in time is 12am Check-out time is 12noon to 6.00pm attracts a surcharge of 50% anytime beyond 6.00pm will be at 100% charge.

ROOM RETENTION:- If you are on tour and wish to retain your room, please inform the management.

BILLS

Bills are payable in advance or on demand. You are kindly requested to always update your bill at cashier desk. 5% service charge and VAT will be added on all your bills.

KEYS

Please drop your key with the receptionist when leaving the premises. It is absolutely necessary to identify yourself when you call for your key by presenting your key card. Any loss of room key will attract 5% charge of the room night.

VALUABLES

A safe deposit box is available in front office. You are therefore advised NOT to have cash/Valuables in your room, but to deposit them for safe-keeping with the hotel, as management WILL NOT accept liability for loss, or damage of such items kept in your room.
